On the following website I found cute printables that I turned into cut outs for a placemat for thanksgiving dinner :)

As a class we make a list of things we are thankful for and I write them on the board. The students then copy down what they want from the list.
These of course got laminated too. Makes it easy to clean off after dinner and use it again year to year :)
